Welcome to Yoga with Umang, a community focused on connecting body, mind, and nature. I’m Yogacharya Umang Tyagi, a certified Yoga Acharya with a Master’s degree in Yoga and currently pursuing my PhD. My aim is to make wellness inclusive through beginner-friendly yet Authentic yoga and meditation sessions, rooted in authentic yogic and Ayurvedic traditions.

With 20+ years of family legacy in Yoga, Ayurveda, and holistic wellness, we offer daily live yoga and meditation sessions to balance your body, mind, and emotions. Our sessions are designed for everyone— from beginners to experienced practitioners. Join us and begin your journey toward a complete well-being.
